After being made redundant 7 months after starting a job I thought was going to be permanent, I suddenly found myself fighting for jobs with 30+ other people applying for the same thing. Having never been out of work before in 25 years of working I assumed I would find myself straight back into a job I wanted to do. Whilst working in my role as an Administration Manager, I worked closely with Caroline Follows, she provided me with all the agency staff that I required. I never used any other agency whilst in the role for 4.5 years, as Caroline worked tirelessly to ensure that I had the correct member of staff for each vacancy I had.
