In order to ensure we place the right person into the right role, our recruitment process is very thorough and we follow a specific model when interviewing candidates:

Candidate attraction – we attract candidates through various methods: our internal candidate database; media advertising; various online recruitment tools; and social media.

Screening candidates – the first part of our recruitment process is screening our candidates over the telephone to gain an insight into their experience and personality.

Face to face interview – we spend at least one hour interviewing our candidates, covering qualifications, employment history, reasons for leaving and career focus.

Assessments – carry out any required assessments.

Referencing – we ensure that each and every one of our candidates has been fully referenced to qualify their employment history and work performance, prior to placing them.

After care service – we offer both clients and candidates on-site service visits.
